When you pay, the funds are held by the platform — not released to the seller until your order is fulfilled. The seller cannot take the money and disappear.

Accounts are released to your dashboard automatically on payment confirmation. You can log in and check that every account works as described right away.
3. 24-48h replacement warranty
If an account does not work as described, report it within the warranty window. You get a working replacement within 24-48 hours, or your balance refunded if none is available.
4. Dispute resolution
If you and the seller can't agree, open a dispute. Our team reviews the evidence and decides fairly — refunds are issued to your platform balance for instant reuse.
