Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Accs Trading ('the Service'), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service. Accs Trading reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. Accs Trading may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

3. Digital Products & Purchases

Accs Trading is a marketplace for digital goods. All purchases are conducted in cryptocurrency. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or accessed. Buyers must verify product descriptions and compatibility before purchase. Accs Trading does not guarantee the functionality of third-party digital products sold by independent sellers.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts or systems; (c) upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code; (d) engage in fraud, chargebacks, or abuse of the dispute system; (e) harass, threaten, or impersonate other users; (f) scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service without permission; (g) sell, distribute, or facilitate the distribution of products originating from or associated with sanctioned or restricted jurisdictions.

5. Payments & Cryptocurrency

All transactions are processed in cryptocurrency. Prices displayed in USD are approximate and the actual crypto amount is determined at the time of payment. Blockchain transactions are irreversible — Accs Trading cannot reverse or cancel confirmed payments. Users are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct wallet address. Overpayments or underpayments are handled according to our payment processing rules.

6. Disputes & Refunds

Buyers may open a dispute within 24 hours of purchase if the delivered product is defective, not as described, or not delivered. Disputes are reviewed by the platform administration. Refunds, when approved, are credited to the buyer's platform balance. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Accs Trading, including design, logos, and software, is the property of Accs Trading or its licensors. Sellers retain ownership of their product content but grant Accs Trading a license to display and distribute it on the platform. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Accs Trading is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accs Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Accs Trading does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.

9. Termination

Accs Trading may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any pending balances may be held for up to 90 days to resolve outstanding disputes or obligations.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Accs Trading operates in compliance with applicable international sanctions regimes, including but not limited to those administered by OFAC, the EU, and other relevant authorities. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration. By using the Service, you agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions. Users from sanctioned or restricted jurisdictions may be denied access to the Service.
